Where we ship

Standard shipping is free within the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses or other countries.

Where orders ship from

Our magnetic cabinet light is fulfilled by a third-party supplier from China. It is not stocked in a NookBeam US warehouse.

Delivery estimates

The latest supplier shipping estimate checked for New York is 9–14 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Processing time and estimates for other destinations are still being confirmed.

Import charges

Free standard shipping covers the shipping charge shown at checkout. The current supplier estimate does not establish whether duties, customs clearance or other recipient charges are included.

Tracking and delays

When tracking is available for your shipment, we provide it with your shipping update. If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated for your order, we contact you with a revised estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund. We require your agreement to a delay. If you decline or do not agree before the stated shipment deadline, we cancel the unshipped order and refund it.
